We accept cash, all major credit cards, money order, cheque and direct deposit.
Shipping
All parcels are shipped by express courier within 24hrs upon submission of order. Clients will be notified via phone/email if any of the items ordered are unavailable. Please double check your email address, shipping address and credit card details before submitting an order. We will not be responsible for sending products to a wrong address given by customers. Shipping cost is a flat rate of $10 ($22 with insurance) anywhere within Australia regardless of the number of items ordered.

Price Protection Policy
We aim to provide our clients the best product prices on the market. Should you come across an item in another retail outlet that is cheaper than our price please kindly let us know. We will try to match the price for you. Please note that we will not match product prices from auction sites, and overseas outlets.

If an item is damaged during shipping please have it sent back to us. We will gladly replace the damaged product for you
If the products are in original package and were not opened or used and you want to return them for any reason - you can send them back to us for a refund within 3 weeks of your purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and used.
